Notes and changes:

  o	You will need to set the following environment variables
	(via autoexec.bat or via the `System' control panel applet) :
		SKELETON_FILE = X:\lib\flex.skel
	Of course, substitute the correct paths to the flex
	skeleton file for your installation.

	No default value is provided.  Failure to set this variable
	will cause the program to abort.

In accordance with the GNU General Public License, this software is
yours to freely redistribute so long as you do so within the terms of
the GNU General Public License.  In accordance with the provisions
of that license, and to support our continued porting and programming
efforts, we request a $5.00 registration fee if you use this SII
